Exhibition from the Museum's Ethnography collection in Armagh County Museum
A fascinating insight into one of the most artistic nations in the world, this exhibition includes Samurai armour and swords which are masterpieces of metalsmithing, enamelled cloisonné plates, netsuke by the famous carver Toshimara, pottery, porcelain and stoneware, as well as a splendid ivory silk wedding kimono. Every piece in the exhibition has an individual beauty which is dazzling and intricate.
